**Responsibilities**:

- Listen, engage, and deliver the best customer experience, all day, every day.
- Working as part of a collaborative team to deliver delicious food & drink and a great customer experience every time.
- Bringing to life kitchen excellence in your site by driving the passion for food in your business and encouraging

knowledge and pride throughout the whole team.
- Always prepare and deliver excellent standards of food quality, paying attention to brand specifications to make sure all

dishes are cooked and delivered right first time.
- You will always strive to deliver the perfect shift and exceed our customers’ expectations
- Taking ownership of you own development spending time training and developing as well as completing all mandatory

courses.
- By ‘Acting Local’ we provide the communities we serve with the service, spirit and entertainment they deserve, ensuring

our pub is the hub of the local area.
- Building close relationships with the Pub Leadership teams to make sure our pubs always get the best levels of support

and expertise.
- Supporting, where necessary, stock management to ensure we are always able to run efficient and effective service.
- Always putting the customer first in everything we do, delivering the highest level of service possible, achieving and

exceeding service levels.
- Ensuring that our pub is safe, legal and clean always, following guidelines and highlighting any risk you observe.
- Know our products and offers obsessively to give the customer the best choice to drive sales within the business.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 16-20 per week

**Salary**: From £10.52 per hour
