We are seeking a part-time organist to join our team at Christ Church with St Philip, Eastbourne. As a key member of our music ministry team, you will be responsible for playing the organ during services and special events, as well as developing and leading the church's music ministry.

The ideal candidate will have experience with a two-manual organ and strong musical skills, allowing them to create engaging musical experiences for our congregation. You will also need to have the ability to work effectively in an Anglo-Catholic church environment and a passion for developing the musical life of the church.

The estimated annual salary for this position is £25,000-£30,000, commensurate with experience. You will also have access to a collaborative team atmosphere and the opportunity to develop and lead music ministry programs.
