**Administrator - Transport Office**
**Full time - 9-5pm**
**The Role**
Blue Bear Transport are a rapidly growing transport company based near Lutterworth. We are a small friendly office seeking to recruit an Administrator reporting to the Transport Manager.
The main duties of the role will be, but not limited to:
- Administration of the HR system - HR experience desirable but not essential.
- Managing of holidays & appointments to diary
- Daily admin tasks
- Receiving of phone calls, redirection of calls and taking messages
- Managing of post & scanning
- Organising of invoices for processing
- Collation of drivers timesheets
- Chasing of POD’s
- Some liaison with drivers
- Administration of Health & Safety practices
- File and maintain accurate records
**Key Requirements**
- Minimum of 2 years experience in an office based admin role
- Ability to work under pressure in a busy office environment
- Enthusiastic & self motivated
- Problem solving approach to tasks
- Exceptional organisational skills
- IT Competent - MS Office / Outlook / Excel
- Strong administrative & organisational skills
- Polite and clear telephone manner
- Excellent level of English being able to communicate in a clear helpful manner verbally and written.
Casual Dress / Full time

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
