**Then look no further as we are looking for an EHS Administrator to join our brilliant team on a part time basis (24 hours a week, days worked negotiable)**

As the EHS Administrator you will be responsible for providing administrative support and coordination to ensure the effective ongoing delivery of the Global ESG, Health and Safety and Sustainability strategic activities.

You will have accountability for documentation & systems management, data collection & reporting, performance & campaign presentations and coordinating communication & engagement activities, to ensure both ESG and EHS compliance and business critical needs are met.

This role provides vital day to day support to both the Global Head of ESG and the Business Assurance Manager, as well as supporting internal customer needs, as part of the Global EHS Team.

**What you will be doing**:

- Collating health and safety and environmental data to product monthly KPI reports & dashboards and quarterly scorecards & MI / Board reports to track performance.
- Monitoring of central EHS budgetary expenditure to support the deployment of the capital expenditure programme and strategic activities.
- Leading on the systems management for Qpulse (document management), Regscan (compliance tracking), Safetyhub (EHS eLearning) and all relevant ESG and EHS toolkits.
- Regularly updating the ESG / EHS department Loop Pages, with a primary focus on the day to day updating of the ESG intranet page to promote engagement and increase environmental awareness across the business.
- Maintaining environmental records on carbon emissions, waste management, resource conservation and renewable energy, to support business and product carbon footprinting activities.
- Coordinating of data to support business reporting activities, including customer and supplier questionnaires.
- Effective communication (and translation) of internal policies, forms, procedures and best practice to support one global approach.
- Organising governance meetings, and minute taking, with some responsibility for tracking actions.
- Ensuring timely responses to general enquiries, including management of the safety and sustainability mail boxes, to support the development of a positive EHS culture.
- Engaging the Global Safety Representatives and Global Green Champions through regular and effective communications, including safety bulletins / alerts and key updates.
- Administering support on research projects and continuous improvement activities, with the preparation of informative presentations.
- Helping in the preparation of internal and external sustainability reports, aligned with industry standards and best practice.
- Maintaining of robust company data and performance records, for the required retention periods.
- Coordinating of internal and external events/meeting and developing calendars of activities (including employee volunteering).
- Identifying benchmarking and engagement opportunities, including awards, accreditation, memberships and collaboration.
- Regular review and management of shared mailboxes and coordinating engagement activities with key stakeholders.
- Supporting the Business Assurance Manager on ISO Certification and Risk Management activities, including risk reviews and gap analysis to support business needs.

**What skills and experiences you’ll need to ace this job**:

- Experience in working in administrative / coordinator type role and having undertaken formal training in administrative management or similar.
- Interest in health and safety & environmental management activities, having undertaken IOSH Managing Safely (or equivalent) or desire of working towards.
- Strong IT skills and proficient in the use of Microsoft office tools (e.g., Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, MS Teams)
- Proven experience of successfully managing data management systems and toolkits.
- Demonstrable experience of stakeholder engagement and building positive relationships / cultures.
- Excellent presentation, organisational, customer service and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of budgeting and cost control practices.
- Project management experience, with ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and to deliver requirements to tight deadlines.
- Interest in continuous learning and undertaking research & development activities to deliver effective improvements.
