We have a wonderful opportunity for a Senior Support Worker to join our caring and support team at Rowland House, Thames Ditton.
At Rowland House, we’re focussed on helping each individual achieve their goals, improve their skills and grow their confidence. We’re committed to helping every person we support feel safe, happy, empowered enabling them to live the best life possible.
**What you'll be working**:
- 42 hours per week
- Full time available
**What you'll be doing**:
- Provide direct care and support as part of a multi-disciplinary team
- Work and act as a key member of the team, supporting each patient in achievement of their planned outcomes
- Maintain accurate, legible records of care provided, based upon the care plan
- Be actively involved in meeting own and team objectives through encouraging and supporting others
- Develop and maintain good working relationships with residents, their families, colleagues and any relevant professionals
**What you'll have**:
- A genuine interest in providing the best person centre care possible
- A NVQ in Health and Social care from Level 3 onwards is desirable **(Desirable)**
