We have a fantastic opportunity to join the bank as a Product Specialist. This role resides within the Santander IT, Product Management function, in a team of 4 who are responsible for the Santander EUC Products, Business Engagement and Customer Experience. There is ample opportunity to fully embrace and make your impact in this brand new team.

You’ll have prior and practical experience working within a busy IT team and be able to show experience of working with technologies such as desktops, laptops, tablets, monitors, large format displays. video conferencing, mobile devices and associated peripherals. You’ll also be required to support customer interactions and regular vendor engagements, being able to communicate effectively with colleagues, vendors and customers with widely varying degrees of technical knowledge - a far reaching role giving you great exposure to our teams and platforms. **The difference you’ll make.**
- Managing the end-to-end lifecycle of end user devices within the EUC IT hardware portfolio
- Managing the introduction of EUC devices into the bank, ensuring all due diligence is completed and documented.
- Working closely with internal Procurement teams to ensure any minimum technical specification requirements are well documented and understood as part of any purchases.
- Identifying and evaluating new and emerging technological trends.
- Maintaining an in-depth understanding of Windows lifecycle management and how that impacts the lifecycle of EUC devices.
- Escalating issues for resolution to appropriate teams when necessary.

- NexThink experience
- Ability to provide technical lead skills to new projects for new devices/integration.

**What else you need to know.**

This is a permanent role to be based at our Milton Keynes office with some remote working.

Time spent working from the Milton Keynes site is expected to be 2-3 days per week initially.

There is no overtime element related to this role.
