**Children's Waking Night Support Worker / Care Assistant**

ARC HD Services provides individually tailored residential care for vulnerable young people aged between 9 and 18 experiencing social, emotional and mental health difficulties.

Our homes are unique; small and friendly with just 2/3 residents in each and the dedicated, professional staff team are critical to their success. We are currently looking for a dedicated, caring Waking Night Support Worker to join our established team on the outskirts of Andover.

Applicants should be resilient, dynamic and enjoy working as part of a close-knit team. All applicants should have, or be prepared to complete, the Diploma in Child Care and have experience supporting and supervising vulnerable young people overnight.
