We are looking for a Reception Team Leader to join the Rapport team based in Edinburgh. You will look after a small team of two receptionists based in a modern office in Edinburgh. In this role you will be responsible for the smooth running of the office and managing the team.

The role is 40 hours per week, working Monday to Friday, with shifts between 7am to 7pm with flexibility to cover evening functions.

Main Responsibilities
The role involves but is not limited to the following responsibilities:

- To provide excellent service to clients and customers, ensuring all duties are carried out to the highest of standards
- To lead by example and develop the current team members
- To be the main point of contact for the client and the Account Manager
- Preparing the team rota and supporting with recruitment and HR related duties such as conducting one to one meetings, performance reviews and training new starters
- Stand to greet all guests / visitors, ensure eye contact is made within 10 ft of the reception desk
- Set up meeting rooms according to the client's requirements, setting up refreshments and lunches, and offering AV support for meetings
- Greet internal and external clients with a smile.
- Welcome and escort guests to meeting rooms, taking coats and luggage as required.
- Maintain the necessary awareness of building facilities to advise and direct guests appropriately.
- Assist with separate registration desks for functions as required.
- Someone with a keen eye for detail.
- A passion for innovation.
- The ability to create positive and lasting relationships with colleagues and clients alike.
- An understanding of a client's potential need prior to their request for it.
- They will also be able to demonstrate great leadership skills and attention to detail
