**Recruitment Administrator**

We are looking to recruit a Recruitment Administrator to work as part of a fun and friendly Recruitment team in our modern Slough Head office. Working alongside the Recruitment Manager and team of Recruitment Consultant's, you will be responsible for providinga reliable and robust, administrative support function.

We are looking for someone with a positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop in the role (Full training provided). This role may even suit a recent graduate looking to develop experience within an office environment, or someone looking to movefrom a retail/customer services role and keen to break into an office environment.

**Specific Duties**:

- Completing administration relating to job offers, employment contracts and employment checks as stated in the Recruitment Procedure
- Conducting end to end compliance checks and remedying all shortfalls to ensure compliance with company requirements
- Updating databases and scanning and copying files as required
- Initial point of contact for recruitment queries through the Jobs inbox
- Monitoring agency hours worked and costs and supporting with providing data for report compilation
- Enhance current operations through continuous improvement
- Checking and approving agency invoices and liaising with finance teams
- Liaising with Recruitment & Compliance team to ensure smooth flow of work processes

**Profile**
- A strong relationship builder who enjoys interacting with; and meeting new people
- Ideally, experienced within Recruitment or HR/Administration and able to demonstrate competency in the different elements of the recruitment process (Not essential)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in the work they produce
- Tenacious and resilient; with good communication skills
- Results orientated, with a solutions focused approach
- Highly organised, with the ability to multi-task
