**The Company**

Inside Group is an established market leading business, that operates across multiple sectors, including new build housing, care, education, hospitality, residential and construction. We work with many northeast clients and national clients to deliver tailored bespoke solutions, for flooring, interior design, exterior design, window dressings, 3D plans, bespoke furniture and lighting and soft furnishings, our services also include cleaning, specialist cleaning such as brick, drive, and patio cleaning, as well as carpet and upholstery cleaning.

As a group we employ 54 people and additional have over 40 sub-contractors that work across the business.

**Job Summary**

Due to expansion and growth, across the business, we are seeking an individual to join our established team, who is adaptable in dealing with a variety of clients and their end users.

Reporting to the new build flooring manager, you will provide dedicated administrative support to our individual new build clients and customer service department within our contract flooring businesses.

You will be proactive in contacting our clients, to plan and schedule work to both fitting of flooring to new build houses and handling any direct customer care issues, that may arise.

We operate in a busy and demanding environment, and at times workloads become high, especially during quarter end, half year and year end periods.

You will be working in a team of four people, each with dedicated clients to manage.

To be successful, you will need to develop strong working relationships with colleagues, customers, suppliers, and sub-contractors.

This is a fast-paced environment, you must be quick thinking and highly motivated, with the ability to perform under pressure. The industry is changing daily, so you will need to welcome new challenges and be willing to learn new skills.

**Key duties and responsibilities**
- Confirming build dates with our clients.
- Scheduling work with our fitting teams.
- Updating of electronic records.
- Answering incoming calls from our clients.
- Producing daily and weekly reports.
- Updating clients with fitting slots.
- Confirming dates for stock to be ordered with our purchasing team.
- Working with our estimating team to produce quotations.

**Persons Specification**
- Previous experience of working in a fast-paced office environment.
- Excellent telephone manner.
- Computer literate essential.
- Must possess strong organisation and communication skills.
- Must have good attention to detail.
- Must be proactive and able to confidentially work independently, as well as being a positive team player.
- Knowledge of flooring products, desirable but not essential.
- Previous experience of working within new build sector, construction, or customer services desirable but not essential.
- Self-driven, self-motivated individual that is proactive and takes the lead.
- Must possess strong organisational and communication skills, both written and verbal.

**Salary**: £24,000.00 per year
