**Exciting Opportunity: Senior Recovery Worker - Lancashire Supported Living Rehabilitation Service**

**Position Details**:

- **Salary**: £12.75 per hour
- **Full-time contracts**: 35 hours per week
- **Shifts**: 8 am - 3 pm and 3 pm - 10 pm
- Some sleep-in shifts required (10 pm - 8 am) paid at an additional rate of £44 per night

**Responsibilities**:
As a Senior Recovery Worker, you will provide support and care to individuals with mental health conditions and learning disabilities. Responsibilities include delivering recovery-focused interventions, promoting social inclusion, well-being, and independence. Additionally, you will assist individuals in accessing employment, education, and training opportunities.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) or willingness to work towards it
- Previous experience in a mental health setting
- Understanding and experience in working with individuals with complex needs
- Experience in managing or leading others is advantageous
