Senior Recovery Worker

**Job Title**: Senior Recovery Worker - Supported Living Rehabilitation Service
**Location**: Preston PR1
**Salary**:£12.75 per hour
**Hours**: Full-Time, Days/Nights (35 hours per week)
**Schedule**: 8 am - 3 pm and 3 pm - 10 pm (some sleep-in shifts required, 10 pm-8 am, paid at an additional rate of £44 per night)
**Responsibilities**:
As a Senior Recovery Worker, you will provide crucial support and care to individuals with Mental Health conditions and Learning Disabilities. Your duties will include delivering recovery-focused interventions to promote social inclusion, well-being, and independence. Additionally, you will assist residents in accessing employment, education, and training opportunities, while also undertaking senior tasks and responsibilities assigned by management to ensure effective day-to-day operations.
**Requirements**:
- RQF diploma in Social Care Level 2 (or equivalent)
- Previous experience in a similar care role
- Proficiency in the safe administration of medication
- Commitment to delivering person-centered care
