We have a position available within our Customer Experience Team for a Service Partner Team Leader. The position entails the following:

- Providing a high-quality service for all our customers.
- Leading a service team of up to 6 remote team members.
- Carrying out One to One’s and Appraisals with your team.
- Auditing Team vending machines and vans to ensure they are meeting Company standards.
- Covering Team routes during holiday, sickness, and vacancies.
- Leading by example to the 6 core Company Values.
- Following health & safety rules and processes.

The team that you will be leading is presently based around Crawley and Tunbridge Wells. You will be provided with a Company van, which will need to be parked safely at your place of residence. It is an essential requirement for this role that you have customer facing service experience, a driving licence and hold a satisfactory DBS Check which will be organised and paid for by SuperCups. All interviews will be held in Ashford, Kent, TN24 0TT.

**Benefits**:

- 20 days holiday plus 8 days bank holiday per year, which increases after two years and five years.
- Salary: £23,000.00 per annum (currently under review).
- 40 hours per week - Monday to Friday. On-call with phone support one weekend in four.
- Weekend and Bank Holiday hourly rate with additional day in lieu for each bank holiday worked. You may be required to work during a Bank Holiday.
- Mobile phone, Laptop supplied and Data Key.
- Company Vehicle provided.
- Company uniform and PPE provided.
- Pension Scheme with employer contribution.
- Perkbox Account (Discount and Reward Scheme).
- Line Manager experience, ideally the management of up to 6 mobile workers.
- Experience of carrying out 1-1 meetings and appraisals on regular basis.
- Driving Licence with no more than 6 points.
- Face on Customer Service Experience.
- Working in a similar role.
- Audit experience.
- Working in a service-related industry.
- Manual handling experience.
- Health and Safety training.
- Worked with handheld devices.
- Ideally lives in Sevenoaks or surrounding area **(not essential).**
