Trinity Business Support are working with a client in Durham who are looking for 4 Recycling Assistants on a Temporary on-going basis.

You will be responsible for delivering high quality refuse and recycling services in Durham.

**Responsibilities**:

- To represent the client by providing information to members of the public and other interested parties with regards to the refuse and recycling collection scheme.
- Advise the public in relation to contamination issues relating to the kerbside recycling collection scheme.
- Record and monitor requests for information received and address any complaints from members of the public.
- To work as part of a team to promote the refuse & recycling service.
- Carry out daily canvassing duties in relation to the refuse and recycling service.
- Assist the refuse and recycling collection crews with monitoring of contamination as required.
- To implement safe working practices to deliver an effective service.
- To ensure all policies and procedures are adhered to.

**Requirements**:

- Hold a full valid UK Driving Licence.
- Be flexible to work outside normal working hours, as and when required.
- Ability to work in an un-supervised environment.
- Able to work to tight deadlines.
- Flexible and adaptable to meet changing needs.

**Pay**:
£10.98 per hour - paid weekly.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract

**Salary**: £10.98 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
