**Critical Facilities (Control Room) Supervisor**

You could become part of a fast-growing Data Centre Client Side Operator that are becoming an industry leader in the field. The company are developing existing sites while also in the process of building several more campuses within the UK. **The Position**
We are looking for a well experienced Technical Supervisor to join the business in a newly created role heading up the control room team. This role will focus on the below.
- Line Management - responsibility for management of control room engineering team
- Incident Management - taking the lead on any alarms or requests from customers that need to be actioned by the on-site engineering provider
- Work Order Management - ownership of scheduling and allocating of works (PPM's and reactive) to both the control room engineers and on-site provider teams.
- Working with the service desk to manage and inform customers of progress on incidents and requests

This role would be ideal for someone with a strong understanding of the operational maintenance that goes on within a Data Centre or similar Critical field (focused on the M&E side of things). This role would also suit someone comfortable in closely monitoringand managing teams of sub-contractor engineers.
**Experience & Knowledge Required**
- A mechanical and/or electrical qualification - 17th/18th edition or equivalent
- Demonstrable experience in the management of operations / maintenance teams within a Critical Facility.
- Strong understanding of Control Room (BMS) operations and how to allocate resources from a central hu
