Restaurant Supervisor

Wadswick Green is a vibrant independent retirement village development of luxury homes for the over 60s in the beautiful Wiltshire countryside just outside Bath. The Pavilion is at the heart of the village housing Village Services, pool, spa, gym, and the Greenhouse restaurant and bar, serving both residents and non-residents.

The Greenhouse Restaurant is open 7 days a week, services include the coffee shop - open 7 days and the restaurant - open Wednesday to Sunday for lunch service and Friday & Saturday for dinner service. The Greenhouse also provides Private Dining, Resident Events and Themed Evenings.

The Restaurant Supervisor will lead a team, helping to maximize our resident experience and create a welcoming environment for all of our guests.

**Requirements**:

- Previous supervisory experience in a food and beverage setting
- A positive, welcoming attitude and good communication skills
- Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
- Excellent personal presentation standards
- Excellent people management skills
- Fluent in English both verbally and written

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervising the restaurant/coffee shop during service
- Delivering clear directions to team members
- Resolving any issues promptly and to customer satisfaction
- Assist in training, supervising and reviewing the team's performance
- Encouraging improvement in the team's performance

This position will involve working daytime, evening and weekends. 37.5 hours per week.
