Your new company**
You will be working for a people centric organisation who are currently undergoing massive growth and looking to double the Bournemouth office headcount by the end of the year, with offices in locations London, New York and Hong Kong.
This Financial Services company is currently looking for a Technical Writer, which they are looking for both graduate and experienced Technical Writers. You will be a stones throw away from Bournemouth beach and with the ability to be on site 2-3days a week.
**Your new role**
You will run the development of product documentation these include: user guides, release notes, how to's, KB articles. You will be responsible for maintenance and improvement of existing documentation. You will play a major part in collaborating with the developmentteams, QA's and Analyst. You will be required to support and update internal WIKI for all divisions in the company and provide support throughout.
You will prepare training and presentation materials whilst taking part in the product UI/UK design process.
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Technical writing experience: both internal and client-facing materials
- Use of MS Office (Word, Power Point, Outlook), Adobe Photoshop, Snagit Editor, Markdown
- Technical knowledge of any of these: Windows Server, Active Directory, SQL Server
- Ability to work in team, urge for innovation and development

Advantage:

- Ability to read and understand C#, XML and SQL
- API documenting experience, knowledge of Swagger, Postman/Insomnia
- Experience with MadCap Flare
- Experience with the WIKI Confluence.
