Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as necessary
- Provide general administrative support, including data entry, filing, and photocopying
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks software
- Perform basic clerical duties such as typing, scanning, and organizing documents
- Coordinate meetings and prepare meeting agendas
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area

Qualifications:

- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in office administration tasks
- Familiarity with computerized systems such as Google Suite and QuickBooks
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Data entry experience is preferred but not required
- Previous experience in an administrative role is a plus

Driving is Essential

Will be Monday to Friday 12 - 4pm or 1pm till 4pm

The business is made up with, groundworks, construction, selling and transporting aggregates as well as organising a busy diary liaising with all employees on a daily basis, taking phone calls, filing, organising and personal assistant tasks too.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £11.50-£12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 per week

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
