**Technical SEO & PPC Executive / Web Analyst**

Trading since 1995, Specialist Blinds is the UK’s market leading family-owned specialists in bespoke blind solutions. We manufacture and install our luxury blinds in traditional conservatories, as well as modern extensions with lanterns, bi-folding doors, gables and unusual shaped glazing.

We are looking for a tech-savvy, multi-skilled individual to join our small head office team in Ewell, near Epsom.

Every member of staff has a diverse role that extends beyond their job title, so we need applicants who have a can-do attitude with a willingness to adapt to meet the needs of the company and our customers. The successful applicant will be an all-round team player with a proactive hands-on attitude, ideally with experience working with luxury products/highly affluent consumers.

You must have a strong knowledge of SEO and ranking strategies, as well as a passion to maintain and improve our wide variety of keywords. Self-motivation and an analytical mind will help you create and action a strong strategy.

This could potentially be a combined role to assist in various aspects of the business, with the main focus on SEO/digital marketing and possibly a little IT Support to assist our remote users.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Have a good understanding of keyword research, content copywriting/optimisation, technical auditing and meta data creation
- Write engaging website content with keywords to further improve our SEO
- Manage Google AdWords/PPC, fully analyse success and amend campaigns when appropriate
- Improve our online presence and brand awareness to improve lead generation, off-page SEO, link building and external link authority
- Identify areas to improve website UX to increase conversions/customer enquiries
- Manage paid advertising across social media channels
- Assist with occasional customer enquiries, via social media, website and phone

**The Successful Applicant**:
To be considered for this role you will need to have:

- A technical and analytical mind to create and action a workable strategy
- Excellent creative copywriting and proof-reading skills
- Confident MS Office user, highly organised with great attention to detail
- Able to work as part of a team, with a logical approach to problem solving
- Computer literate, tech-savvy - able to pick up technical knowledge easily
- Relaxed/no-hassle approach when dealing with customers
- Experience with B2C marketing (targeting mid to high-end consumers / luxury products)
- Extensive experience using WordPress, Yoast SEO, Google Search Console, SEO tools, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, PPC, etc

**Salary**: from £30,000+ (depending on ability and experience)

Hours: Mon-Fri: 9am - 5.30pm (office based in Ewell, Surrey, KT19 0JD)
