**Job Role**

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Learner Engagement Coordinator to join our team. This position would suit someone with strong organisational skills, who has a genuine interest in a developing the careers of others.
- Liaise with Colleges, Training Providers and Combined Authorities in relation to learners, attendance, progression and welfare.
- Enrol learners onto our Rail courses
- Attend job fairs and IAG workshops
- Ensure you follow Bootcamp/AEB criteria for learners in each region
- Support and implement a learner recruitment strategy
- Support on building learner referral partners across the country i.e DWP, Housing Associations and Probation Officers
- Ensure learners are supported throughout their course
- Liaise with the Employer Engagement team for job outcomes
- Engage with marketing on designing what you require for support
- Understand safeguarding polices and procedures

**Person Specification**
- A full driving licence
- Good interpersonal skills with ability to support individuals whilst meeting internal

performance measures.
- Ability to confidently engage with internal and external customers, stakeholders and regulatory

bodies.
- Ability to work under own initiative and take an independent lead on projects whilst evaluating

priorities and meeting deadlines

**Desirable Qualities**
- IAG Qualification or supporting experience
- Previous experience in a similar ‘learner focussed’ role

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £18,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
