Social Media Assistant

We are looking for a creative and strategic social media assistant to work closely with our social media manager and team, to create engaging content for a company's social media presence.

The main tasks will include:

- keeping social media channels updated and brand-focused
- seeking out new social media avenues and ways of expanding and connecting with our audience
- filming behind the scenes of the team travelling
- Accompanying the team shooting and editing high profile weddings around the world

To be successful as the social media assistant, you must have excellent time management skills. We’re looking for someone who is eager to keep abreast of industry innovations and new software, bring new and exciting ideas to the company and self-manage their efforts—with the guidance of the social media manager.

Social Media Assistant Requirements:

- Excellent knowledge of social media platforms including (but not limited to) Instagram, Facebook and TikTok
- Analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Eagerness to learn about new innovations and software.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Prior experience in marketing or social media.
- Willing to travel UK & abroad.
- Local to (or willing to travel daily / relocate to) Abercynon, CF45 4SN — location of our offices.

**Salary**: From £15,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- social media: 1 year (preferred)
- social media marketing: 1 year (preferred)
- video editing: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Full UK Drivers License (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 50% (preferred)
