Making A Difference as A Key Worker in the Economy Service.
Working at St Helens Council’s UKSPF funded ‘Ways to Work’ Programme, which aims to improve employment outcomes within the Borough.
You will coach a referred caseload of people, both on a one to one basis and within groups as appropriate, to facilitate the in making changes that result in them participating positively in education, training or employment. You will provide a supportive and motivating environment for people to explore their needs, motivations, desires and skills and assist the individual in making real, lasting change focused ultimately on moving into sustainable employment.
With a track record of providing coaching and mentoring support and employment-related information, advice and guidance support to people, you will have the personal skills and ability to deal with your own changing and dynamic caseload of clients, each with their own set of personalised requirements, and support the clients on individualised pathways to move them closer to the labour market with the ultimate aim of securing sustainable employment.
Based in St Helens, midway between Liverpool and Manchester.
