Part-time Payroll Administrator

Jenson Fisher have been engaged by a well established organisation based in the south side of Glasgow, to recruit a Payroll Administrator on a part-time basis. The hours will be between 16-20 hours and the client is flexible about how the hours are worked. This is a busy and varied payroll role to join a small friendly team. This is office based.
The main duties:
- Responsibility for processing a payroll every 4 weeks
- Processing new starters and leavers
- Processing SSP, SMP, SPP
- Dealing with the Nest Pension
- RTI Submission
- Dealing with payroll queries
- Invoicing
- Bank reconciliations
The main requirements:
- Full end to end payroll experience is essential
- Sage line 50 experience is preferred
- A proactive, self-starter
- Good IT skills
- Strong team player
- Excellent communication skills
My client offers a salary range 26-30K pro rata depending on experience, and a friendly, relaxed culture. To be considered you must have the experience to perform the above tasks.
