**Role Overview: Taxi Licensing Coordinator**

As a Taxi Licensing Coordinator at MSL Vehicle Solutions, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the swift and cost-effective supply of replacement vehicles to our clients. Reporting to the Fleet and Supply Chain Manager, this position involves overseeing taxi licensing requests, managing ongoing hires, and resolving any issues related to licensing vehicles.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee taxi licensing requests, arranging hires, and managing required switch-outs.
- Monitor ongoing hires, taking necessary action to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage cross hire costs, ensuring accurate accruals and providing monthly summaries to accounts.
- Resolve internal employee issues related to licensing vehicles.
- Address client complaints regarding the provision of plated taxis.
- Act as a point of contact for councils and the sales team when reviewing new business opportunities.
- Coordinate bookings for council/test appointments and occasionally assist in taking hire vehicles to appointments.
- Keep records of all plated vehicles, track plating expiry/renewal dates, and take appropriate actions.
- Handle various fleet and bodyshop-related tasks and reports as required.

**What you'll need**:

- GCSE’s and O/A level (or Equivalent) C+ in English and Maths.
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Driving License is essential.
- Customer service experience required.
- Previous experience in a vehicle hire-related role.
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Organised and capable of multitasking.

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
