My client is an industry leading, ECO conscious and well-established property development company that is looking for a knowledgeable and experienced Energy Assessment Surveyor, to contribute to our mission of reducing energy consumption and combating climate change.

**Role**

As the Energy Assessment Surveyor, you'll be responsible for conducting on-site energy assessments and retrofit assessments. You'll produce detailed energy performance reports and certificates, making recommendations based on your findings and collaborating with Retrofit Coordinators and Designers.

You'll receive continuous training and support, playing a key role in helping people reduce their fuel bills, improve their property's Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) ratings, and contribute to the fight against global warming.

**Requirements**:

- Accredited Retrofit Assessor, preferably with ECMK accreditation
- Accredited Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA)
- Experience in the residential sector, including delivering retrofit assessments
- Full driving license
- Level 3 Award in Energy Efficiency for Older and Traditional Buildings

Pay: From £14,636.17 per year
