As a Campaign Executive, your main duties will include, supporting the development and delivery of customer loyalty communications and to support the development and implementation of hyper-targeted communication programmes, including supplier funded partnerships and promotional reward providers, to customers at whatever stage they are in their technology lifecycle.

Key Role Responsibilities

Manage the scheduling, testing and deployment of all customer campaigns ensuring tracking codes are applied correctly to facilitate accurate performance monitoring
Track the weekly performance of campaign KPIs against the team targets and communicate the results to the CRM Manager, wider CRM team and key internal stakeholders
Develop base analysis and present to internal Trading teams to help shape appropriate propositions that are relevant to the target audience
Develop and maintain a content plan that is aligned to customer needs states, utilising existing content and working with the internal studio and content teams to develop new content as required
Keep a campaign cost tracker to effectively monitor performance and ROI
Maintain a communication schedule, together with a library of samples and an overview of each campaign
Managing longer-term projects outside of weekly BAU deployment, aimed at increasing CRM retention rates

Key Skills, Qualifications & Experience

Marketing or business qualification
Meticulous attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel
Experience in working with external agencies and suppliers
Proficient with Excel and other MS packages
Numerate and analytical with the ability to produce reports and derive valuable insight
