We are a family-run Australian business that operates food and beverage outlets at airports, creating exceptional experiences for all our customers.

We are looking for committed and enthusiastic individuals to join our team at Grain Store, Gatwick South Terminal, airside.

Our focus is on exceptional ingredients and sustainability. The menu offers a quality you may not expect to see at an airport

You will be a reliable, hardworking and enthusiastic team player, dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and passionate about food and beverages.

This is an hourly paid role with shifts available between 4am - 11.30pm (there is no requirement for split or double shifts).

**The role**

To deliver an outstanding greeting and seating experience and to work effectively with the back of house team to provide first class service. This will include:

- Serving all customers in a professional, friendly and courteous manner and being alert to any requirements and concerns they may have
- Maintaining a full knowledge of all food and beverage products available

**We are looking for outgoing and engaging team players who are passionate about food and beverages.**

To be successful in the role you will have:

- A good level of general education; including English and Maths
- A willingness to learn about health and safety/food standard requirements
- The ability to follow a process and maintain levels of service delivery under pressure

**Salary and benefits**

£10.75 per hour applicable to all age ranges, **PLUS**:

- a 10% optional service charge distributed via tronc (expected to be >£500 per month)
