**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Provide support to the team with compliance related questions, issues, or concerns
- Develop and maintain policies and procedures to ensure compliance with laws and regulations
- Prepare reports on compliance issues
- Maintain records of issues or nonconforming products or shipments
- Keep track of resources needed to address issues quickly and efficiently
- Keeps updated records on current nonconforming products or shipments so that appropriate action can be taken as soon as possible
- Keeps updated records on current compliance activities so that appropriate action can be taken as soon as possible
- Keeps updated records on current audit activities so that appropriate action can be taken as soon as possible
- Coordinates with other departments to ensure the proper implementation of policies and procedures
- Performs other duties as assigned.

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- Must possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills, strong analytical skills, strong computer skills, strong problem-solving skills, good decision-making skills, and excellent interpersonal skills. The ability to work effectively with others within the organization while maintaining confidentiality is critical.
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to communicate effectively with internal departments, customers, vendors, employees, etc. The ability to write reports/reports/letters is critical. The ability to present information effectively at all levels of the organization is essential. The ability to work effectively within a team environment while maintaining confidentiality is critical.

**Salary**: £38,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
