This role offers a great opportunity for a Data & Analytics leader to leverage their experience and expertise to research, ideate, design, deliver to market and commercialise products across our current and future client base (1400+ clients, 3m+ users) that are serviced through our technology solutions. This role reports to our Product Director and will be a key part of the MHR Product leadership team.

**Responsibilities**:

- As Head of Data and Analytics Products you will own the end-to-end product strategy for our current and future suite of Data, Analytics and Artificial Intelligence products across the MHR product portfolio.
- You will also be responsible for enhancing and expanding our product range by reviewing and exploring partnership products that can be integrated into our suite of HR, Payroll and Finance products to complement our current offering for data and analytics
- A key part of the role will be to work with the MHR teams supporting our go to marketing strategy including, marketing, sales, pre-sales and professional services to bring your product strategy to fruition and gain customer adoption of your products.
- You will be responsible for line management, team development and coaching creating a high performing team that gains internal and external reputation for innovation, excellence, and value creation.
- As a data and analytics visionary, you will work closely with your team of Product Managers, Product Owners and Business analysts as well as building a team of analytics practitioners that can build insights, reporting and predictive models
- As part of this job, you and your team will work hand in hand with our technology and architecture teams as part of cross functional squads.
- You will be responsible for providing those teams with the business context and using OKR's to drive alignment and to measure the impact of the work those teams produce.

**About you**
- Proficient knowledge and experience in building data strategy from grounds up
- Proven track record of leading predictive data projects
- Experience in releasing new products to the market (desirable)
- Understanding of how AI can play a part in predictive and prescriptive analytics solutions (desirable)
- Experience in leading a team, encouraging growth, diversity and inspiring and empowering.
- Excellent team player who encourages feedback and can delegate and seek help when appropriate.
