Customer Care Representative Job Description:
We are looking for a diligent Customer Care Representative to support our team throughout the lifecycle of the claims process. This role serves as the primary point of contact for our clients, offering guidance and assistance. The position also entails executing general administrative tasks to ensure the efficient functioning of our team and keeping our systems up-to-date.
Day-to-Day Duties:
- Schedule meetings for clients and stakeholders as needed.
- Serve as the first point of contact for incoming phone calls and make outbound calls when necessary (no cold calling required).
- Draft, format, and print relevant documents.
- Maintain stock lists and notify when reordering is necessary.
- Photocopy and file pertinent documents as required.
- Manage database to ensure it remains updated.
- Identify potential client information to generate relevant correspondence.
- Utilise systems to verify property details such as age, ownership, etc.
- Collect data for reports to be sent to external stakeholders.
- Use online systems to identify potential work areas.
Person Specification:
Customer Care Representative Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience working on the phone is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Administrative experience is a plus but not necessary.
- Basic IT Knowledge; proficiency in Excel.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and foster teamwork through effective communication.
- Ability to prioritise work, show flexibility in approach, and maintain focus and resilience under pressure.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to accurately follow processes and procedures.
**Salary**: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
