**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver innovative sales training programs tailored to the specific needs of our sales teams.
- Provide Dealership coaching support to identify strengths and areas for improvement, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Collaborate with Sales Management across the business to assess training needs and implement strategies for ongoing development.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and sales techniques to ensure our teams are equipped with the latest knowledge and skills.

**Requirements**:

- Proven success in car sales
- Strong knowledge of car sales techniques and processes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- High personal and professional standards.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving environment.

**Logistics**:Our Training Centres are based in Darlington, Chesterfield, Lichfield & Gloucester. One of these would be our main training venue requiring a daily commute - ideally no more than 45 minutes each way. Occasional travel to other Training Centres will be fully expensed.
