Culture Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of one of our clients for an entry level recruitment consultant to join an education recruitment agency in Lichfield, where you will be working with schools across the Midlands area. This is a fantastic opportunityto join a market leader in education recruitment in the Midlands area, recruiting high-quality teaching and support staff for short, long-term placements and permanent roles.

The role

Our client can offer an unrivalled service to both schools and teachers.
- Working with a large client base - many of the schools locally work exclusively with our client.
- Using sales, business development and marketing techniques and networking opportunities to attract business from client schools.
- Visiting clients to build and develop close working relationships.
- Developing a good understanding of client schools; what they do and their culture and environment.
- Requesting references and checking the suitability of applicants before submitting their details to the client.
- Preparing CVs and correspondence to forward to clients in respect of suitable applicants.
- Using our Salesforce system to manage bookings.
- Coordinating sponsorship activities for client schools.

The successful Trainee Recruitment Consultant will have/be:
