**Trainee Recruitment Consultant**
£22,000 - £24,000 (OTE £30,000 - £35,000)

**Job Type**: Permanent, Full-Time

Location: Lichfield

Hours: 7.30am - 5.00pm (Monday to Friday during term time)

10.00am - 4.00pm (Monday to Friday outside of term time)
- Our client, a leading recruitment agency, is seeking a passionate and driven individual to join their dynamic team as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant. You'll play a vital role in managing client relations, sourcing talent, and contributing to the success of their recruitment operations._

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Engage in a fast-paced, sales-oriented role
- Manage both inbound and outbound enquiries
- Gather detailed information on available vacancies
- Work towards and achieve set targets

**Skills and Experience**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales or customer service experience is advantageous
- Ability to work efficiently in a target-driven environment
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
- Ambitious and self-motivated individuals are highly desired
