**Head of Financial Reporting - PLC with £50bn portfolio - Established and well-known business**
We have partnered with one of the worlds leading global developers with a portfolio of over £50bn comprising mostly of Retail, Office, Residential, and Commercial Real Estate. With offices and sites in most major cities as well as a large recognised presencehere in the UK.
Due to this continued growth and development of their portfolio, an exciting opportunity has come about to bring a Head of Reporting into the team. This person will play a vital role in the day-to-day running of their financial reporting function and overseea dynamic and high-performing team of four.
This position sits at a senior level in the company and will be responsible for continued process improvements and drive of the financial process. You can expect to also oversee the quarterly group reporting submissions, provide support to all finance teams,account for acquisitions, disposals, and corporate transactions, manage the delivery of weekly cash flow forecasts, and so much more
Ideally, we are looking for a qualified accountant with strong accounting and control background, particularly in preparing group consolidations, along with commercial and financial reporting experience. Experience managing a team, driving a function forward,and adding value to a company are also beneficial.
**Salary**: £90k - £110k + Bonus & Benefits
