You’ll be part of our Resourcing team which sits within our Central HR function. The Resourcing is a team of c65 people at the heart of the search for the best talent to drive our business forward to help Britain achieve net zero.

We’re looking for someone with a strong interest in digital marketing and communications, and an eagerness to understand their mechanisms. You’ll be an excellent communicator with credibility and the ability to influence others effectively.

You’ll be data-oriented, capable of analysing data to continuously optimise the performance of communications.

**Location**: Ideally Southeast or Southwest / Flexible
