**Vehicle Administrator Job description**
- **Salary**_ _: £24,000 - £25,000 p/a - depending on experience_
- **Hours**:_ _40.5 hours Monday - Friday_

Carbase, a renowned family-owned business, has flourished over the past two decades to become the largest independent pre-owned car dealership in the South West. We are currently seeking a talented and efficient Administrator to join our Arrivals and Departures team.

In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with our workshop and logistics teams. Your responsibilities will include coordinating vehicle transport for auctions, preparing invoices, and meticulously maintaining car documentation. Your efforts will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth flow of vehicles to our valued customers.

**What you will be doing**:

- Assist with daily administrative tasks.
- Maintain up-to-date electronic and paper records.
- Complete invoices for repair work and assist with weekly accounting completed for multiple third-party contracts.
- Provide support to other administrative teams as needed.
- Sort and distribute external and internal post as necessary.
- Ensure the office is stocked and ordering office supplies as necessary.
- Ensure accurate information for all vehicles in transit.
- Ensuring the storage cars are all checked in when landed and released before collections.
- Schedule vehicle repairs and recalls with third-party providers and dealerships.

**Essential Skills**:

- Detail orientated with the ability to prioritise your workload.
- Great interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively through verbal and written means.
- Able to work on own initiative.
- Adopt a hands-on approach and assist others when required.
- Good IT skills - able to use Microsoft word, excel and outlook effectively.
- Knowledge and awareness of the importance of confidentiality and data protection.

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
