**About the role**:
You will lead quarterly planning workshops and forward plan sprints, to ensure that the backlog is delivered in priority order, whilst driving best practice processes and collaboration across the scrum teams. You will collaborate with finance, compliance, legal and risk teams to ensure compliance with regulations and laws. You will manage a complex global stakeholder community, through regular communications to ensure stakeholders understand the product roadmap, vision, and strategy.

You will play an active role in the vendor selection process, building strong relationships with Dyson’s strategic partners, which include Adyen, PayPal, Apple, Klarna, and Google. You will attend key governance meetings to represent the Product, ensuring that key decisions are aligned with the Product strategy e.g., Global Payments Steering Group.

You will line manage, support, and mentor Product Owners within the Direct and Digital team.

**About you**:

- Experience in developing and launching digital products, with a strong understanding of product development methodologies and frameworks
- A passion and deep knowledge of the payment industry, payment systems and payment methods, with an understanding of the technical aspects of payments e.g., fraud, security, and compliance requirements, and emerging trends
- Customer-centric drive with a focus on the use of high-quality data & insight to fuel decision-making
- Ability to make pragmatic decisions about business priorities in a fast-moving environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, confident presenting your work and representing the team at all levels, to technical and non-technical teams
- Extensive experience working in agile scrum, with a breadth of product & technical knowledge to support an integrated delivery approach
- Experience in managing third parties, delivering outcomes, and managing critical dependencies
- Ideally with experience using Atlassian Confluence and JIRA, and Product Owner / Scrum / Agile certified
