**Salary**: HC07 £29,777 to £33,945 per annum
Contract: Fixed Term until 31/10/2024

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Herefordshire Councils Housing Solutions and Home Point service, working within the Temporary Accommodation team. Specialising in working with local landlords and letting agents to promote and process the Councils private sector schemes, with the aim to secure accommodation for those at risk of homelessness in the county. Ideally, you will have a background in housing or working with local landlords. You will also need to have a flexible approach to working where priorities can change and challenges must be met, while maintaining the high standards set by the Temporary Accommodation Team.

We are flexible around which days the hours can be worked; there will be an expectation that you will establish good working relationships with local landlords to enable you to undertake this role. You will be expected to attend the office at Blue School House on a rota basis and will also share the rest of your time working from home whilst being supported by your manager.
