As a **Housing Worker** at **CCP**, you will play a vital role within our **Hereford Accommodation Based Service Team **which provides supported accommodation to vulnerable adults over the age of 18 years, who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. You'll be joining a fun, tight-knit team that work well to achieve great outcomes for residents.

We are looking for someone to work **Full-time **(Average 39.375 hours per week) working 12.25 hour shifts.

**What You'll Do**
- Provide tailored housing-related support to people to maintain or secure suitable accommodation.
- Responsible for collecting rent, ensuring Health and Safety is maintained, inspecting accommodation and issuing letters to residents when breaches of Tenancy have occurred.
- Join a great team in Hereford that makes a significant impact on the lives of the people they support.

It would be great if you had some experience in the housing sector, however, it is not essential as full training is provided.

- ^Annual Leave entitlement will be pro-rata for Part-time staff. Working on public holidays due to a rota pattern will be compensated with time off in lieu. An extra day of leave accrues for each completed financial year (capped at 5). Purchasing additional holidays is capped at 5 per year._
