**Qualifications**:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, along with the ability to work in a team environment.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Windows operating systems.
- Knowledge of general office equipment, including printers, scanners, copiers, etc.
Duties include: answering phones, managing engineers calendar, filing documents, data entry, etc.
**Salary**: £15,603.68-£25,961.92 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
**Education**:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
**Language**:
- English (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
Ability to Commute:
- Taff'S Well (preferred)
