**Your key responsibilities**:
The Human Resources Internship is designed to provide opportunities to a diverse mix of students who demonstrate the same high level of ethics, values, creativity and performance we expect from our employees. During the 12-month paid internship, you will work on projects that have a measurable impact on our business while being coached and mentored by Eaton HR professionals. This internship in Human Resources is designed to provide the foundation to early career HR professionals, through fast-paced, real world, hands-on HR Generalist experience leading projects in areas such as:
- Talent Acquisition
- Onboarding
- Change Management
- Business Acumen
- Workforce Planning
- Compensation and Benefits
- Employee Relations
- Employee Engagement

**Your background**:

- Undergraduates working towards a minimum of a 2:1 in a related discipline (mandatory, below this you won't be considered)
- Geographic flexibility to relocate within the UK for the duration of this internship
- Have legal authorization to work in the United Kingdom without company sponsorship and where appropriate comply with ITAR regulations (we do not sponsor any type of visa for this internship) ready to start in July 2023
- Actively enrolled in a bachelor's degree or master’s program with a major in Human Resources
- Student requires good IT skills, including proficiency in MS office, specifically Excel, Word and PowerPoint, but also feel comfortable working with new programs
