This role is for Sonepar UK which covers two businesses, Mayflex in Birmingham and Routeco in Milton Keynes. Both businesses are looking towards a bright future as a growing part of Sonepar, Routeco are an independent family-owned company with global market leadership (45,000 associates, an annual turnover of 26.4 billion euros) in B-to-B distribution of electrical products, solutions, and related services.

**ARE YOU THE PERSON WE ARE LOOKING FOR?**

This role is a job share, working 3 days a week, the purpose of this role is to work closely with our internal teams and focus groups (D&I, Planet, Wellbeing, People Ops) to ensure our internal and external marketing for People Planet Purpose is professional and engaging. Attracting and retaining associates whilst also showcasing our Sustainable efforts to customers. Ensuring that the strategies developed within the People Pillar framework are well known and easy to find internally and externally.

Devise creative, engaging, and strategic campaigns to effectively promote our PPP initiatives internally and externally.
Keep our external PPP website up to date and engaging, measuring success through data
Use data to analyse the effectiveness of the communications and adapt as needed
Build relationships and collaborative with focus groups
Create and maintain PPP material such as certificates in line with any design changes
Design and market the yearly PPP calendar
Responsible our internal workshop comms platform and pulse surveys
Co ordinating the focus Groups
To ensure long service awards are presented on time, encouraging photos with managers. Managing all other awards/gifts e.g. on the spot, values, maternity etc.
Keeping an awards dashboard up to date
To be responsible for the flexible benefits communications and process.

**WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BRING TO SONEPAR?**

Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills
Ability to create and produce graphic materials using software such as InDesign, Illustration and Photoshop
Creative ability to devise communication strategies through a strong understanding of communication strategies and techniques
Experience within an employee branding role is desirable
Results orientated with high attention to detailAble to manage time and the demands of numerous tasks effectively
