**Job Description**:
The Vice President, EU Acceptance Solutions Sales, dually reporting to the SVP, Global Head of Acceptance Solutions Sales and the SVP, EU Merchant Sales & Acquiring, will lead this client sales, account management teams and partnership organizations to sustained double-digit bookings and revenue growth with delighted clients and partners. This position will support the design and execution of the overall sales and client stewardship strategy to massively expand Visa’s Acceptance Solutions business in Europe - both through accelerating new client acquisition and growth in the installed client base. This leader will be responsible for the overall channel development and partnerships strategy as well, inclusive of key partnerships internal to Visa and many external partners. This role will lead an extended team of European based Sales, Account Management, Sales Engineering Client Delivery, and Commercial Operations personnel. This leadership role will be an instrumental participant in three important leadership teams, Acceptance Solutions, Merchant Sales and Acquiring, and Value Added Services Sales.

As the team leader, you will inspire and drive high performance across a cohesive team to deliver seamless execution throughout the commercial process. You will partner with Visa client leadership to support coordinated coverage, visibility across teams and alignment of objectives. You will partner with sales leadership to balance team priorities in pursuit of short and long-term client opportunities with a mix of attack, retain and grow strategies. You will set, review and maintain the highest levels of excellence across each of the core areas of accountability by embedding tools, establishing process, creating scaled knowledge sharing and driving the highest quality of execution everywhere.

**Key Responsibilities**

Drive Acceptance Solutions Bookings, Revenue and Key Success Indicator objectives. Achieve objectives by leading strategic sales alignment with regional Merchant Sales & Acceptance (MS&A) teams, regional leadership, global Acceptance Solutions and MS&A teams, other Visa departments and strategic technology partners.
- Champion the continued adoption of our value-based sales methodology, model the behaviors and actions, ensure leaders are coaching and modeling the behaviors and practices.
- Success metrics are revenue, transaction growth, market share, client success, expense management and other related Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as agreed to and in the Visa Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
- Ensure success in coordination of Acceptance Solutions product with Merchant Sales & Acceptance (MS&A) on business initiatives, including product investments, processing proposals, commericialization efforts & GTM of key revenue enablement etc.
- Manage a team of sales and business development managers, and sales operations staff, transform sales model in alignment with global Acceptance Solutions sales methodology transformation.
- Drive coordinated Acceptance Solutions offering in the region, partnering with and overseeing other functional activities (e.g. Sales Engineering, Client Delivery, Marketing, Fraud Analytics and Client Services).
- Responsible for development and delivery of Acceptance Solutions sales performance management KPIs including pipeline sufficiency management, conversion, time to revenue etc.
- Align with and support global merchants, acquirers and tech partners and integrate into key regional strategies as well as key global Acceptance Solutions product initiatives.
- Support formulation of the MS&A ‘go to market’ plans and Annual Operating Plan (AOP). Particular focus will be on Tier 1 merchant and acquirer acquisition, leadership of strategic merchant account management, leveraging Visa’s deep bank partnerships, and activating strategic tech partners for continued and sustained revenue and transaction growth.
