- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring accurate and timely payments and collections
- Perform data entry and maintain financial records in various accounting software systems such as Workday, Xero, Sage, QuickBooks, and PeopleSoft
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Proven experience working in a finance or accounting role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in using accounting software such as Workday, Xero, Sage, QuickBooks, or PeopleSoft
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial record keeping
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
