Our services include providing luxury accommodation, designing incentive travel for groups, creating luxury experiences, arranging bespoke airport concierge assistance as well as organising the best spots for sports events and planning outstanding private jet trips.

Groupstay specialises in finding venues, creating unique group incentives and meetings globally. Groupstay can help companies to achieve their objectives through the creation and delivery of remarkable travel experiences. - Processes bookings and paperwork according to quotations given by GroupStay Manager
- Enters reservation details including special requests into Booking Form, ensuring completeness and accuracy of information
- Amends, corrects, confirms reservations appropriately, recording all relevant information needed to be known to hotels, tour operators & clients
- Checks Daily arrivals according to standards
- Check daily cancellations
- Report any No Shows advised by hotels/operators and deals with them
- Generate guest correspondence relevant to their reservations
- Makes amends and corrects any reservation file
- Maintains retrievable written correspondence with regards to reservations, confirmations, cancellations, amendments, offers, and any conversations with Agents, Clients, or Suppliers.
- Monitoring and prioritising GroupStay inbox
- Answering phone calls, taking messages, directing as necessary.
- Be familiar with all preferred suppliers and attend FAM trips whenever possible.
- **Because of the changing nature of our business your job description will inevitably change. You will, from time to time, be required to undertake other activities of a similar nature that fall within your capabilities as directed by management.**

**Experience**
- Previous sales experience in the hospitality industry is desired
- Previous sales experience in hotel bookings is desired
- Experience with the Middle East market is desired

- Driven not only by sales figures but by delivering a high level of customer service

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
