Business Administrator

**Duties**:

- Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment
- Organize and maintain files and records
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Provide personal assistant support to the business owner
- Proofread documents and transcribe meeting notes
- Coordinate projects between departments

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience in a clerical or administrative role
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in a dental office is a plus
