Due to exciting changes and developments within the business Donaghys is now seeking a flexible Store Operative to join our business. The role will be within a fast paced environment working across our e-commerce division and stores to manage our product distribution.
**What’s the craic with the role?**
We are looking for someone who is methodical and has an eye for detail who can multitask to best support the sections depending on workload. This role will mainly be working within our stores to manage the goods in / out and ensure it’s correctly allocated to our systems and placed in stock locations. It will have flexibility to support our e-commerce website and involve picking, packing and dispatching goods.
**Responsibilities**:
- Loading and unloading of goods in/out
- Checking of all delivery notes and stock which has been delivered
- Booking the product onto our stock management system
- Pricing of products
- Movement of stock to stores locations and shop floor
- Picking, packing and dispatching of stock to support the e-commerce team
- Supporting the shop floor with stock fulfillment
- Supporting the team with any ad-hoc requirements.
**What are we looking for?**
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Problem solving skills
- Minimum of 5 GCSE’s to include Maths and English at grade C or above (or equivalent)
- Excellent computer skills
- Demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Good organisational skills and ability to work on a variety of tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Demonstrate enthusiasm, flexibility and a ‘can do attitude’
**Desirable but not essential**:
- E-commerce experience
