What you'll do

As a member of the Client Services team at Nectar360, your role will involve developing a deep understanding of the company's business, insights, and communications capabilities, as well as Sainsbury's corporate, commercial, and marketing strategies. You will leverage this knowledge to champion the customer and recommend appropriate solutions to clients, aligning with their strategic brand and account objectives. Your responsibilities will include interpreting client briefs, analysing shopper data, benchmarking data, and market reports to create integrated, multi-channel media strategies. You will have the opportunity to present your data-led recommendations to clients and collaborate with internal teams to implement and convert your plans into innovative campaigns that deliver on objectives and ROI. Additionally, you will support in driving proposal standards and creating tools to effectively communicate campaign activity and performance to Sainsbury's trading teams.

As a member of the Nectar360 team, you are a highly skilled and motivated professional with a deep understanding of loyalty, insights, and media services. With your expertise in utilising transactional and lifestyle data, you possess the knowledge and capability to develop impactful, data-led campaigns across multiple channels. You are adept at interpreting client briefs, analysing shopper data, and creating integrated media strategies that align with key brand objectives. Your excellent communication and presentation skills allow you to effectively communicate data-driven recommendations to clients and collaborate with internal teams to implement campaign plans. With your strong project management abilities, attention to detail, and proactive approach, you consistently deliver innovative campaigns that drive results and ROI. As a dedicated team player, you build strong client relationships and continuously seek opportunities to enhance your expertise in customer data and communications.
