Role Introduction:
Are you a talented content creator with a passion for storytelling and social media? Join our dynamic People Experience team as a Recruitment Content Creator, where you'll play a vital role in amplifying our Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and crafting compelling narratives that showcase what it's like to be part of Advanced. This role is perfect for an entry level role or graduate who is passionate about creating interesting content

What You Will Do:

- **Create captivating videos** and content for our careers website and social media.
- Drive our Advanced Employer Brand, vision, and values through strategic People Experience content.
- ** Collaborate** with Marketing, Talent Acquisition, and internal teams for maximum impact.
- Enhance **recruitment marketing** campaigns across departments and locations.
- ** Optimize content** and **craft compelling social messages** on the go.
- Conduct Persona research and **innovate** talent attraction strategies.

What You Will Have:

- Proficient in video creation tools and content editing, delivering high-quality videos for social media.
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft engaging blogs, captivating social media copy, and compelling narratives.
- A natural relationship builder, able to connect with people at all levels, ensuring the content resonates with our diverse audience.
- Self-driven and proactive, you bring innovative ideas and enthusiasm to the team whilst managing your time effectively.
- An understanding of KPI's the ability to make iterative change to your work to improve and exceed these goals

Experience with Content Creation programs such as Canva, Photoshop, Camtasia, Final Cut Pro or any video creation tool would be helpful, but is not a requirement
