GeoAccess is on a mission to revolutionize its online presence and company brand, and you have the chance to be a part of it They are currently seeking a Content Creator Apprentice who will play a key role in crafting engaging content across written, visual, and audio mediums. What's more, their newly designed office space includes a cutting-edge video studio that will provide you with the tools and experience to take your content creation career to new heights
- You won't be alone in this exciting journey. You will receive full support from the GeoAccess team and work closely with an industry expert coach from Baltic Apprenticeships. Together, you will gain hands-on experience in creating graphics and video software using Adobe Creative Cloud, as well as exploring social platforms such as TikTok and Instagram.

In this role, you’ll work towards your level 3 Content Creator qualification, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

**A Typical Day in the Job**:

- Collaborating with the company to create marketing collateral focused on enhancing brand awareness and developing support materials.
- Using Adobe Suite to produce various videos, including training videos and informative snippets.
- Optimizing website content such as blog posts, images, and videos.
- Assisting with social media content creation, including posts and images for platforms like LinkedIn.
- Engaging with the online community by responding to comments on social media.
- Managing the content calendar for upcoming projects.

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.

**Salary, Hours & Benefits**:

- Starting apprentice salary of £16,000-£18,000 per annum.
- Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm.
- You will enjoy 28 days of holidays, including bank holidays.
- We provide paid mileage for work trips.
- Internal training opportunities are available to further enhance your skills.
- Progression opportunities within the company await you.
- Our new office space features a dedicated video studio.

**Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge**:

- A driving license and access to your own car are necessary.
- A grade 4/C at GCSE in English and Maths (or equivalent) is required.
- Experience working effectively in a team.
- Excellent time management skills and office etiquette.
- Strong communication skills.
- Creative flair.
- Some experience with Adobe Suite would be desirable.

**Your Training with Baltic**:
This apprenticeship provides the skills, qualifications and experience you need to immerse yourself in an exciting, fast-moving industry and become an effective Content Creator.
